College La Lumiere International was established in 2002 by Education volunteers by the authorization of Ministry of Education of Madagascar in Antananarivo. Since then Primary, Secondary, and High schools have been established. College La Lumiere International offers a qualitative science-oriented education of international standards. Four languages are taught. The College operates as both day and boarding school.

The main principle guiding the activities of College La Lumiere International is to teach all that is required by the modern times so that the objectives in complete education ca be reached for secondary level education. The College educates the students who are capable of scientific thought and fulfill the democratic understandings while respecting the unity of the nation and its people, tolerance, humanistic moral values, human rights and democracy.

The School's purpose is to increase the quality of the students who would make use of the modern education, and to award more scholarships to provide such quality. To grow up the higher standards of the world citizens.
